BLANC De BLANC - Brut 

This very limited-edition bottle is made with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% chardonnay this cuvee has rested on lees in the caves of Epernay for the past ten years. The wine has not gone through malolatic fermentation, which allows the true essence of the grape, soil and weather to come through the wine, delivering a clean, crisp, yet complex taste. 

This wine has been described as having a luminous and brilliant light gold color. Delicate nose with accents of white flowers mixed with cookie tones. A freshly aromatic wine, underpinned with a very elegant saline dimension with a crisp long finish.  With 0 grams of sugar per g/l, this wine pairs well with seafood, sushi and steak.

The hand assembled bottle has a gold underlay, with a hand polished gold cage.  The presentation is second to none with a leather tone collectors box adorned with gold hardware.  Each bottle is numbered by hand, and is a limited-edition release.
